The Landscape and Grounds Committee Directive

In 2007 the LBCA Board of Directors was receiving feedback from the real estate community that the landscaping and grounds within the Lake Braddock community had a worn, tired, and dated look. To deal with this the Board formed The Landscape and Grounds Committee (LGC).

The Board of Directors gave the LGC  three specific but broad objectives:

1        To create a more pulled together and planned look for the community. 

2        To address the weeds and overgrowth that has been allowed to flourish within the community.

3         To help the board utilize budgeted  reserve funds.

Meetings are the first Monday of each month at 7:30 PM at the Ashbourn community center.  New members always welcome.
