Avon Walk for Breast Cancer, Washington DC
"I'm in it to win it!"
Please support: Minoo Samuel

I am very proud and excited to say that I've committed to participating in the Avon Walk for Breast Cancer in Washington DC in May 2012.  I am going to walk a marathon and a half (39.3 miles) over two days and raise at least $1,800.

Breast canser is a disease that still affects far too many people.  With a new diagnosis of breast cancer occurring every THREE minutes, it is never too early to take part in the fight and protect our children and future generations from this dreadful disease.

Please know that all the funds you donate go to the "Avon Walk Foundation" and are used towards research and treatment of Breast CA and towards education, prevention and support of those already battling this disease.

Some of the recipients of funds will be National Breast Cancer Coalition, Georgetown University, John Hopkins University, and the Foundation for the National Institue for Health and many other local and national research groups.

I have already received over $1200 in donations and walked over 200 miles in the past 10 weeks as part of my training program and would appreciate your support....

No amount is too little (or too big) to donate for the cause, so please donate whatever you feel comfortable with and know that it will make a BIG difference.  It all adds up!

To donate please write a check payable to "Avon Walk for Breast Cancer" or visit my personal Avon Walk webpage below and donate directly from there.
